Founder
Ms. Chinyere Leah Iremson
Leah, the Founder and Executive Director of Chinyere Leah Iremson Foundation (CLIF), a community-driven non-profit dedicated to supporting underserved children and women worldwide.
Growing up in a family with a medical background, she developed a strong passion for helping others from an early age. Although her dream of becoming a medical doctor was not realized, her commitment to serving the less privileged became the driving force behind establishing CLIF in 2023.
Since its founding, the organization has grown into a network of advocates, volunteers, and professionals working together to create meaningful impact.
In addition to leading CLIF, she is an IT & Compliance Program Manager at a Fortune 500 company and an active participant in community service initiatives.
She remains committed to supporting vulnerable communities and building CLIF into a globally recognized organization.
Director of Operations
Amaka Okobia
She serves as the Director of Operations at CLI Foundation, where she oversees the planning and execution of the organization’s programs and initiatives.
She is committed to ensuring operational efficiency and delivering impactful community projects that align with the foundation’s mission.
Legal & Compliance Officer
Barrister Ngozika Frankline
She is the Legal & Compliance Officer at CLI Foundation.
She provides legal guidance and ensures that the organization operates in full compliance with regulatory standards, supporting its mission with integrity and accountability.
Projects Director
Kara Elliotte
Kara graduated with her degree in Sports Medicine. Working in the USA as head Athletic Trainer at a high school where she was in charge of 250 student athletes.
Her role as a licensed Athletic Trainer consisted of preventing, diagnosing, treating musculoskeletal injuries, running sports camps, athlete physicals and rehabilitation programs for all student athletes. Kara is an empathetic and dedicated member of Kamaria Maison Foundation working in marginalized communities making conscious efforts to build relationships while promoting, uplifting and supporting human welfare.
Her passion is to utilize her sports expertise while pursuing her foundations mission and belief that no child should be left out of sports due to financial constraints.
