Chinyere Leah Iremson
Chinyere Leah Iremson is the Founder and Executive Director of the Chinyere Leah Iremson Foundation (CLIF), a community-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved children, women, and vulnerable communities through education, healthcare, humanitarian aid, and sustainable development.
Inspired by parents who dedicated their lives to the medical profession, Leah dreamed from an early age of becoming a physician and serving those in need. Although life’s circumstances led her down a different career path, her passion for helping others never changed. That unwavering commitment ultimately gave birth to CLIF, where she continues to transform lives by restoring hope, creating opportunities, and advocating for those who are often overlooked.
Professionally, Leah is an accomplished Healthcare Information Technology leader with more than 15 years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, and enterprise technology implementations. She has successfully led large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) deployments, workflow optimization initiatives, and digital transformation projects across major organizations throughout the United States. As an IT consultant, trainer, and project leader, she has supported hospitals and health systems in improving patient care, operational efficiency, and clinical workflows while mentoring healthcare professionals during complex system implementations.
Leah is also a proud Sergeant in the United States Army National Guard, where she serves with honor, discipline, and integrity. Her military service reflects her deep commitment to leadership, resilience, teamwork, and selfless service. She believes that serving her country and serving humanity are complementary callings, and she strives to exemplify both in every aspect of her life.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Leah is a speaker, mentor, author, and podcast host who is passionate about inspiring others to overcome adversity, discover purpose, and live lives of impact. Her work consistently emphasizes compassion, servant leadership, faith, resilience, and community empowerment.
Through CLIF, Leah continues to lead initiatives that provide educational support, healthcare outreach, humanitarian assistance, youth development programs, and sustainable community projects both locally and internationally. Her vision is simple yet powerful: to restore hope, transform lives, and build stronger communities—one act of service at a time.
